# Governance and organisation

Our ambition is to grow into a fully functioning DAO in respect of the principles of decentralisation and democratic management by the NFT holders. However, making this work will require some mechanisms to support us in nimble and profitable decision-making, while involving the members to the maximum extent possible. This will be of particular importance while we set up and begin operating the DAO. At a later stage, we may relax some of the initial structures and experiment with novel approaches to governance emerging across crypto ecosystems.
