# Terms and conditions

While the DAO will always act in the spirit of its founding principles, clarity around terms and conditions is important to provide for an enjoyable community experience no matter where the journey takes us - which may include occasional trying times of losses, hacks or disagreements.

A Seiventures NFT provides you with certain privileges as part of the DAO. However, it is important to note that the NFT does not provide you with any guaranteed rights or claims against the DAO or any of its members, in particular those that assume roles in operating the value propositions.
